Pricing notes & stipulations: A one-time $100 registration fee applies to new monthly members; this fee is waived for founding and annual plan members. The founding member rate of $50/month is available to the first 100 members only, locked for the initial 12-month term, after which it transitions to the then-current standard rate. All memberships subject to Kennedy DPC's standard member agreement. Kennedy Direct Primary Care is not health insurance. Members are encouraged to maintain coverage for hospitalizations, specialist care, emergencies, imaging, and surgeries outside the scope of primary care. HSA eligibility for DPC memberships is subject to pending federal legislation — consult your HSA administrator.
